The 5K is a USATF-measured course that runs through the scenic Hudson Mills Metropark loop.All runners will receive official chip timing, individual results, and event placement recognition.
 ⚙️ Hybrid Competition Overview (for reference)The full hybrid event challenges athletes to perform two scored disciplines:
Deficit Deadlift (using DefiPlate™ and a stiff bar)5K RunCompetitors’ rankings are based on a combined 50/50 scoring system, rewarding both strength and endurance.(Example: a strong deadlifter can still win if they post a solid run time — balance is key.)
