Welcome to the MCMBA Women's Skills Clinics!
Our clinics are designed to be inclusive. Whether you're seeking confidence on the trails or an intermediate rider aiming to learn new or tune your techniques, this clinic is tailored to empower and elevate your mountain biking journey.
We are giving women different options for this clinic. We will have multiple 1/2 day choices for you to select from. If you can only commit to the afternoon, that's ok. Select only one clinic that you are interested for our afternoon sessions. If you want to be there for the morning and the afternoon, we have a bundle option to select one session from the morning and one different session from the afternoon choices.
We added a full day FUNdamentals clinic to the options. Click this link for more information and to register: Click here for Full Day Clinic Registration
BICP certified coaches
1:5 coach to participant group sizes
If you've never taken a skills clinic, we would recommend "I'm new to Mountain Biking/Fundamentals" or "All about cornering." We do not recommend the "Intro to Jumping" clinic or the "Intro to drops" clinic for someone new to mountain biking or someone who has never taken a clinic.
Intro to jumping:
This will involve learning the trail manual, the bunny hop and then we will introduce you to jumping.
This could include trail application.
Intro to drops:
This will involve us coaching you through roll downs, roll down lunges and then moving into drops.
This could include trail application.
All About cornering:
We will coach you on flat 90 degree cornering.
We will coach you on intermediate cornering.
We will coach you on berm cornering.
Trail application will apply here
