5K race for runners and walkers with a free kids' pre-race 1-mile fun run. Fun run starts at 8:00 AM and 5K at 8:30 AM. Flat, out and back course on Karst Park Greenway Trail. NEW THIS YEAR - we will have chip timing provided by AB Timing.  Fourth annual race and part of the Mag 7 Series. This year designated as Mag 7 "Hidden Gem" (5 series bonus points for completing). T-shirts are available for entrants who register by no later than September 9. Overall and age group awards and random drawings for door prizes after the race for both 5K runners and walkers. "Ring that Bell" feature (including special prize) for anyone breaking the overall or any age group record (male and female). Names of those individuals holding current records and their times will be posted near start. Proceeds, after costs, will be used to sponsor future Ellettsville sporting or recreational events. Parking for the race will be at the west side of the Ferrellgas office parking lot (701 E. Temperance Street), Edward Jones (5933 IN-46), Ellettsville Dental Center (5915 IN-46), Campbell's Park and Marci Jane Lewis Park (105 South Park Street). Do not park in the Peoples State Bank parking lot.     
Race packet pickup will be at the following dates, times and locations:

• Friday (9/18/2025) - 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM - At the shelter in Marci Jane Lewis Park (adjacent to Street Department building)    
• Saturday (9/19/2025) - Starting at 7:30 AM - At the race site near the start/finish line
