Please join the ELIH Foundation for our 10th Annual 5K Family Walk/Run to support your community hospital’s Behavioral Health Services. Each year, funds raised by our Annual 5K Family Walk/Run bring critically needed financial support to Stony Brook Eastern Long Island Hospital’s Behavioral Health Center of Excellence. Behavioral Health Services, Quannacut Addiction & Psychiatry, positioned within the framework of SBELIH’s broad-based treatment center, meets the complex challenges of each individual’s needs with a mission of providing hope and personal care to each patient that crosses our threshold. ELIH Foundation thought what better way to raise awareness and funds than to have our 9th Annual 5K Family Walk/Run at Indian Island County Park.

Kids 1/2 Mile Fun Run Start Time: 8:30 AM

5K AWARDS:Top 3 overall Male and FemaleTop 3 Male and 3 Female finishers in each age group:12 and under, 13-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59,60-64, 65-69, 70+ AMENITIES:T-shirts guaranteed for participants who register by 9/2!
