 A Race Rooted in Friendship & CommunityBefore Shoes & Brews opened its doors, we dreamed of pairing running with local beer. Left Hand Brewing said yes to our very first run club — and even covered the beer tab! That moment kicked off a decade-long friendship, countless miles, and one of our favorite traditions: the Sole Mates 5K.

Open Wave – 10:00 AM• All paces, walkers, pups, and strollers welcome• Prizes: Saucony running shoes for male & female winners

Age Group Awards – Growlers & crowlers for 1st & 2nd place in each category, combined heats.
