This wave is intended for a competitive race.  Suggested for participants maintaining a pace of 12:00 minutes per mile or faster.

• No Strollers or dogs in this wave. (Please select the 8:00 a.m. Family Fun Run if you plan to bring a stroller or pup)

This wave is intended for families, walkers, strollers, and social participants. Suggested for runners maintaining a pace slower than 12:00 minutes per mile.

• Strollers & well-behaved dogs on leashes are allowed to start in the back of the corral.
