START:  7AM
DISTANCE:  SWIM 2200yd   BIKE 56mi   RUN 13.1mi
 
SUPER SPRINT DISTANCE TRIATHLON
START:  2 Wave start Times 7:45 and 8 am
DISTANCE:  SWIM 500yd   BIKE 9-mile,  RUN 4mi
 
TRANSITION AREA:  Bayshore & Ocean Blvd.
