Day One [400K] is a relatively flat, long, skinny loop from East Windsor south to the Cape May lighthouse and back, stopping at five Wawas along the way. This is being run concurrently with Day One of the Cape May 600K.
Day Two [300K] is a moderately hilly loop from East Windsor, along the Delaware River, into the Highlands and back.
Day Three [300K] is a scenic loop through central New Jersey and the Pine Barrens connecting East Windsor, Tabernacle, Sea Girt, and Matawan.
