Memorial Day 2026 is when we honor the fallen who have served our country. It's a great race day because we run for what those have fought for and reflect on our heroes. It's also the unofficial start of Summer so running a race on this day has that special feeling that it will be a fun summer - something we desperately need in 2026. Since its also a long weekend for many, you get an extra day to recover before work or can spend the extra time checking out a new city - which we know may be a bit tougher this year.
