Who doesn't want to be fast, explosive and quick? Those characteristics are required for nearly all athletes in all sports. This one day, fast-paced speed clinic will push the limits of endurance by recreating competitive fast-paced drills and acceleration movements that rely on coordination, explosive starts and athletic agility.
