Heart N Hands wants you to get active and increase movement by loving your HEART. What have you done for your heart lately?   This is a great time for you to get out, enjoy the beautiful weather and show your HEART some love.  "Running for the HEART 5K|10K" is all about loving your heart & staying fit during this time to great heart healthy habits for life. Running, Walking, Biking we can come together as a community to get our hearts pumping, give back to a worthy charity, share with our communities and HAVE FUN!!!!
Race Day Schedule of Events:
7:00 am - Sign-In & On-site Registration7:45am - Welcome & Morning Stretch8:00 am - 5K|10K Runners Start8:15am - 5K|10K Walkers and Bikers Start 10:00am - Cool Down & Celebration!!!
