Duathlon:  RUN - 1 Mile  BIKE - 12 Miles  RUN - 3.4 Miles

Go for the Prize in our 16th annual Triathlon / Duathlon at the Shelby YMCA. A true test of your endurance as an individual or as a team (max 3 participants). There will be prizes for all of the age group winners and for the top overall male and female performers. 

Age Groups:

Male:  15-19  20-29  30-39  40-49  50-59  60-69 70&UpFemale:  15-19  20-29  30-39  40-49  50-59 60-69 70&Up

Registration fees until August 3rd

Triathlon: $50 (Individual) $75 (Team) Duathlon: $50 (Individual) $75 (Team)

Registration fees after August 4th

Triathlon: $60 (Individual) $90 (Team) Duathlon: $60 (Individual) $90 (Team)

Register by July 24th to be guaranteed a T-shirt
