SpeakUP is a 501c3 dedicated to providing mental health programs in our schools to reduce the stigma around mental health, reduce and prevent teen suicide and promote mental wellness in our community.  Each year we  gather family and friends for a 1 mile walk while we discuss how to have the conversation about mental health, provide mental health resources to encourage those who are struggling, and raise funds to help even more teens in the Kansas City Metro area.
