🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Youth Cross Country Meet
Join us for an exciting 4K (2.5 miles) or 2k (1.25 miles) cross country event. Whether you're a seasoned runner or it's your first race, this meet is a great chance to challenge yourself, cheer on teammates, and have fun in the great outdoors!
📍 Event Details:

• Date: Sundays 9/20/26, 9/27/26, and 10/11/26
• Time: 4pm Start
• Location: Kellam High School cross country course
• Distance: 4 kilometers  or 2 kilometers 
• Grades: 6th–8th grade runners (4k course)
• Grades: 1st - 5th grade runners (2k course)
• Cost: $10 entry (Free for Tidewater Strider members)

🥇 What to Expect:

• A flat fast course with grass and trails
• Team spirit, friendly competition, and great sportsmanship
• Snacks and water provided at the finish line
•  Lots of cheering and encouragement from coaches, parents, and teammates!

📝 What to Bring:

• Running shoes and comfortable athletic wear
• Water bottle
• Positive attitude and team spirit!
