Plan Description

This is a 16 week plan for intermediate level runners.  You should already be able to run 5 miles at a time and at least 15 miles per week prior to starting this training plan.  The plan includes 5 weeks to continue forming your base, then 8 weeks of build/strength/threshold training, and last, a 3 week taper.  The plan ends on race day.
